“Although this business is just over a year old, the journey that brought me here started over a decade ago when I fell in love with honeybees.

It started as therapy. While I was learning everything I could about recovering from Complex PTSD I came across a study about the benefits that keeping bees was having on a research group that were recovering from trauma.

The principal benefit being that to work bees, to exist in their presence, it is essential to be relaxed and calm.

The consequences of not being in this state  of mind were of course, bee stings.

A lesson that really didn’t take a lot of convincing to embrace. My curiosity became a research project of my own, that in turn became a lifestyle change and that ultimately led to finding the inner peace and happiness I was searching for.
