About Not Without Spice

Not Without Spice was born in a pokey rental kitchen in the Blue Mountains, NSW, Australia. It was 2010 and the meals weren’t always hot but they sure were spicy and full of flavour.

Emma was looking for work and with a wealth of knowledge of food and cooking, started making spicy gifts for friends and family as a way to save money.  

Not Without Spice has grown since then but hasn’t lost its core beliefs. No crap, small batches and having fun around food and cooking. Emma offers a small but flavour packed range of spice and herb rubs, cooking kits, meal kits, baking kits, spiced honeys, condiments and spiced teas. 

She is inspired by her environment, community and now her role as a mother. On any given day you'll find Emma creating in the kitchen while singing sweet tunes with her daughters Esme and Beth
