What's a shrub?
A shrub is an old fashioned cordial made from organic, locally sourced fruit, selected aromatics and raw sugar, fortified with gut loving organic raw apple cider vinegar.
They are delightful served over ice with soda, good quality tonic water or your favourite tipple!
Experiment with flavour combinations using gin, prosecco, sparkling wines, bourbon, ginger beer & more.
