Eva Chardonnay - Dryridge Estate

Not what most expect from a Chardonnay, Eva is Chablis style with notes of tropical fruit and honeysuckle undertones. She has a good length and structure with a bright palate and crisp acid on the finish. 

The palate - The wine is smooth and concentrated yet crisp and refreshing on the palate.

Food match – Pretty much anything ranging from white-fleshed fish or shellfish, to pork or veal with a creamy type sauce. Great shared with friends over some strong flavoursome, bitey cheeses.
