We feel very proud to present this delicious and fine quality Australian grown black tea. Our Australian Premium Black Tea is well-rounded, buttery on the lips and it has a hint of a nutty flavour. This tea has been independently tested as pesticide free and it makes a great Australian Breakfast Tea or a great afternoon pick me up! 

Ingredients: Australian Grown and Produced Black Tea – Camellia Sinensis (Independently tested as pesticide free!)

Temp: 90 - 95 Degrees Celsius      Steep: 2 - 3 minutes       longer = stronger! 

Quantity per cup:One heaped teaspoon or two teaspoons if you like stronger. This tea serves perfect black, or add milk if you prefer it, it is a sweet tea if brewed to our recommendations of 2 minutes, or add sugar or homey to sweeten if you like. At The Blue Mountains Tea we recommend that you use each serving of tea for a minimum of two infusions! The quality is just so good!

Keep your leaves to re-infuse for a second or third pot of tea. Use your leaves within 24 hours from first infusion, you can keep them in the fridge between pots. With each pot increase the temperature slightly. Your last infusion should bring good flavour at a full boiled kettle with a 3 to 4 minute infusion!

Peppermint Tea is perfect any time of the day. With a fresh minty flavour this tea is full of flavour!

Loved the world over, Peppermint is a wonderful refreshing tea and we are delighted to have this wonderfully natural herbal tea to offer you!

Ingredients: Organic Egyption Peppermint

Temp: 95 Degrees Celsius     

Steep: 1 - 2 minutes for a single infusion.

For multiple infusions, steep for 30 seconds then remove the leaves from the water, allow the tea to rest out of water. When you are ready re-infuse for up to 3 infusions and enjoy continuing flavour. Use your tea leaves within 24 hours.

Quantity per cup

One heaped teaspoon. Refill up to two times.

Serve without milk. Add lemon or lime for a twist and sweeten with honey or sugar if you need to.
