Delivery & Postal Service Explained

*Australia Wide Postage

    All orders are calculated on a fixed cost. However, if you are charged more, the extra cost will be refunded and sent with your tracking details. If it is less, MMH will absorb that cost while maintenance is carried out on the MMH website.

    • MountainsMade Hampers offers personalised door service* which includes a passionate concierge who explains all the regional delights contained in the gift hamper if appropriate. Applicable door service delivery fees automatically default for you as follows:

        NB: Deliveries, including the MMH door service concierge, are conducted in accordance with current Covid guidelines. However, MMH will never leave an item unattended without your consent.

Is there a minimum order?

Can I change my order?

While the MMH luxury gifting range is sourced from small batch businesses within the Greater Blue Mountains where possible, on occasion products such as infused oil (regional VIC) and sparkling wine (Hunter Valley & Mudgee) are sourced from other regions in Australia due to supply and logistics.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

MMH handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian consumer protection legislation.

MMH must be notified within three (3) days of purchase of all refunds or returns.

If all care instructions have been followed or if MMH produced the incorrect goods, MMH will provide a replacement or gift certificate.

The value of the gift certificate or replacement is at the discretion of MMH.

MMH reserves the right to request images of original goods for our records.

Replacement product will not be sent if the original goods have been disposed of or images have not been produced.
